We all breathe. But not all of us do it consciously. Intentionally. To improve the mindset, the mental or physical health. For everyone who masters their own breath, there's a lot of health benefits to gain.

There is a lot of research on the matter of breathing and its impact on your health. Wim Hof is one of many who´s driven the issue, by working together with various research institutes and organizations through the years. Proving how breathing in a controlled manner can improve your health.
That's why we practice the Wim Hof Method. It´s based on old practices, stemming from traditional medicine, backed by modern research. We instructors have in our own lives experienced the change and effects of breathworks.
Depending on what you need, there's a technique for every situation you are placed in front of.
Whether you want to calm down, increase your performance in a competition or get rid of an inflammation, there are exercises that can help you find what you are looking for within yourself.
To consciously breathe into better shape, you only need your own body and knowledge of how to go about it.
You can breathe according to many principles, but to do it safely you need to be guided by someone trained in breathing. That's one of the reasons we love our role as WHM instructors; we get to help you discover and master the basics of conscious breathing.
When we do it as group exercises, we also create a togetherness that will give you joy for life.
