Mind your body with mindfulness. Mind over matter is a real thing. Mindfulness means being consciously present. It´s a mental exercise that stems from Buddism. But it brings a lot of physical improvements with long-term effects.

By training you mind, you can teach you body and mind to be more present and balanced. A great way to gain more focus, destress and decrease anxiety.
What happens in you brain when exercising mindfulness
The right, front part of the frontal lobe regulates emotions such as irritation, anger, fear, sadness and depression. It is also active during stress and in the control of our flight and fight response.
Regular meditation can make you happier and more positive in your thinking. Other documented effects are better sleep, increased ability to read other people's emotional expressions and increased degree of compassion for oneself and others.
