Cold therapy is not a new invention. Whether you take a cold shower or bathe in ice cold water, the effect is the same. Influencers and professional athletes do it. You can too.

It's been trending on social media since the breakout of covid in 2020. Then the influencers and enthusiasts worldwide rapidly gained viewers and followers by exposing themselves to the cold, for all the world to see. There's a reason why this became such a social media success. It works. It´s no false marketing.
Regular cold water exposure helps your body to
regulate the ratio between white (bad) and brown (good) fat
aid muscle recovery
improve your quality of sleep
boost your immune system
find your focus
The cold triggers your body's innate flight or fight response, which is designed to keep us alive and healthy.
The brain is telling us that the cold is bad. And in too big portions, or for some individuals, it can be. But when you expose a “healthy” body to the cold in a controlled manner, it can be the health boost you so badly seek.
If you are fundamentally healthy you can practice the WHM method.
If you are dealing with a serious medical or psychological condition, we advise counseling a healthcare professional before attempting any of the WHM techniques. We advise against practicing the WHM if you are dealing with any of the following:

If you suffer from migraines, we urge you to be cautious about taking ice baths.
